Union-Busting for Fun and Profit

Grown tired trying to figure out how to spend your seven-figure salary? Downsizing employees no longer provide you with the thrill you need? Evading environmental regulations becoming old hat? What's the bored executive to do? Put on your jackboots and hone your union-busting skills at a May 6-7 seminar in Seattle called "How to Stay Union-Free into the 21st Century." Perhaps you missed the mailer about the event sponsored by the law firm Jackson, Lewis, Schindler, and Krupman, "One of the largest law firms in the country dedicated to representing management exclusively in labor, employment, and benefits-related litigation." Don't fret, a mere $1,495 will get you into the conference and workshop, where you can learn how to "preserve and defend your right to operate in a union-free environment."

You'll learn about "the challenges," which include the horrors of "Explosions of support for union organizing following Teamsters/UPS Strike" and the training of "....1,000 new union organizers and 1,000 volunteer college students to carry out a massive organizing blitz." You'll also get the inside scoop on "....the techniques that helped unions like Sweeney's SEIU double its size in 15 years." You'll also learn how "....the merger of the UAW, USW, and IAM into a 'mega union' will present a significantly different and more formidable challenge to the union-free employer."

You'll discover the true union agenda: "At a time of dramatic corporate restructuring and historic demographic changes, unions are capitalizing on job security fears, and the desire of employees to balance work and family demands." You won't have to worry about rubbing shoulders with these nefarious union organizers, though: "The discussion will be frank. The use of recording devices is strictly prohibited. Individuals affiliated with union organizations are not eligible for attendance." Remember, "....you and your company have little chance against the AFL-CIO's "UNION YES" campaign - unless you register for the next session." Since "....conditions for union organizing are the best they have been in 20 years," don't delay; call 1-800-831-8333 and register today!
