Columnist Joe Bob Briggs had a brief run in the Washington Free Press with one Joe Bob piece appearing in each of our first four issues.
In our June 1993 edition we ran his piece entitled "North Carolina Schoolkids Turn a Profit While They Turn the Pages". Joe Bob has his own nifty web site now, hopefully you can find this article there. (Reproducing it here would probably invite unpleasant letters from rabid corporate lawyers who say things like 'cease and desist', and nobody wants that.)
