Two Seattle police officers team up with two private security guards to enforce the city's anti-sitting ordinance across from Pike Place Market in early August.. One week later, a California court declared a nearly identical anti-sitting law in the city of Santa Cruz unconstitutional, saying the law was too vague and subject to selective enforcement.
